Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to recruitment and selection processes
• Assist with policy implementation and compliance
• Maintain employee files and ensure accurate record keeping
• Support labour relations and disciplinary matters
• Work with HR information systems and contribute to HR metrics and reporting
• Participate in talent management and organisational design activities
• Assist in performance management processes
• Gain experience in psychometric evaluations

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, with a Master’s degree preferred
• Medically fit for workplace requirements
• Unemployed at the time of application
• Valid driver’s licence
• No prior participation in a similar Graduate Programme
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
• Adaptive and flexible mindset
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
• Passion for Human Resource Management
